About the role
Oversee and coordinate daily construction activities ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget compliance. Manage resources and progress on a major healthcare facility project.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate site activities across civil, structural, architectural, MEP works. • Develop and monitor construction schedules using Primavera P6. • Ensure compliance with designs, specifications and quality standards. • Enforce site health, safety and environmental policies. • Supervise subcontractors, site engineers and construction teams.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • 10-15 years construction experience, 5+ as Construction Manager. • Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling and progress tracking. • Strong knowledge of construction methods and HSE requirements. • Professional registration with COREN or CORBON advantageous.
