About the role
Lead construction and asset management for a 50MW Solar PV Plant and 132kV Grid Connection. Oversee project delivery, transition to asset management, and ensure operational performance and maintenance.
What you’ll do
• Lead on-site construction management and compliance. • Manage contractors and stakeholder interfaces. • Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, QA/QC, and HSE. • Facilitate commissioning, testing, and handover. • Provide strategic oversight of O&M activities post-construction.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. • 10+ years in large-scale infrastructure projects. • Experience in utility scale solar PV or power projects. • Knowledge of construction contracts, QA/QC, HSE, commissioning. • Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
