What you’ll do
• Manage complaints and feedback mechanisms. • Receive, document, and track complaints. • Refer and follow up on complaints. • Conduct community engagement and awareness. • Ensure confidentiality and data protection.
What you’ll bring
• BA/BSc/HND qualification. • 3 to 5 years experience. • Knowledge of safeguarding policies. • Ability to handle sensitive complaints. • Strong communication and coordination skills.
