About the role
Provide strategic technical guidance and advocacy to AWS customers. Help customers adopt and optimize AWS services for their business needs.
What you’ll do
• Advocate and guide customers on AWS best practices. • Work with engineers to resolve customer issues. • Drive customer adoption of AWS services. • Engage with senior leadership on support and risk. • Travel 10% or more as needed.
What you’ll bring
• 3+ years technical engineering experience. • Troubleshoot compute, storage, networking, or databases. • Bachelor's degree required. • Experience with AWS or other cloud services preferred. • Customer-facing technical lead experience preferred.
