About the role
Provide IT support and monitor performance systems to ensure efficient and secure IT infrastructure. Resolve technical problems quickly to minimize disruption and meet service level agreements.
What you’ll do
• Support and monitor IT infrastructure hardware and software. • Resolve technical problems quickly to minimize disruption. • Ensure no more than 5 significant incidents weekly. • Achieve IT User Survey score of 7 out of 10. • Ensure closure time within 90% of agreed SLA.
What you’ll bring
• BSc IT, Computer Science or related field. • 2-3 years post qualification experience. • Relevant professional certification is an advantage. • Knowledge of incident and problem management. • Experience with IT applications and service management.
