About the role
Lead the bank’s marketing and business development strategy to drive growth in customer acquisition, deposits, SME lending, and revenue. Manage the marketing team and collaborate with executive management to achieve business objectives.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies. • Lead customer acquisition, retention, and brand positioning. • Drive deposit mobilisation and quality loan growth. • Oversee promotion through digital and traditional channels. • Manage marketing budget and staff, agencies, and vendors.
What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field. • Minimum 8 years banking experience. • At least 3 years in senior leadership role. • Strong understanding of SME and retail banking products. • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
