Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles across G&A, Sales and Marketing. Manage sourcing strategies and serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers.
What you’ll do
• Own full-cycle recruiting for mid and senior-level roles. • Build and execute sourcing strategies. • Conduct structured screens and interviews. • Manage 20+ phone screens weekly. • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Greenhouse.
What you’ll bring
• 7+ years full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS. • Experience with Sales, Revenue, or Marketing roles. • Strong data fluency and problem diagnosis. • Familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem. • High agency and clear communication skills.
