About the role
The Bursar manages the school's finances including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. They ensure prudent fund management, fee collection, payroll, and regulatory compliance.
What you’ll do
• Prepare school invoices. • Collect and recover school fees promptly. • Track outstanding bills and follow up with parents. • Manage income and expenditure. • Prepare annual budget and financial forecast.
What you’ll bring
• Mature and experienced candidates only. • BSC/HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field. • 3-5 years experience as Bursar/Accountant in reputable school. • Proficient in Excel, Odoo, Sage, QuickBooks. • Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
