Brewing Area Manager

About the role
Lead and manage area teams to deliver operational and technical practices in brewing. Ensure production plans and budgeted KPIs are met with high quality standards.
What you’ll do
• Promote beer brewing quality excellence. • Provide brewing process expertise and lead problem solving. • Manage health, safety and risk for area teams. • Control fixed and variable costs and minimize waste. • Manage brewing process and ensure adherence to standards.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in Biological Sciences, Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. • Completed brewing traineeship. • IBD Papers 1,2 & 3 completed and passed. • At least 2 years production experience, 1 year in management. • Master Brewer IBD qualification obtained or studying.
