About the role
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering professional service to hotel guests. Maintain equipment, manage supplies, and support daily café operations.
What you’ll do
• Prepare espresso-based and other approved beverages. • Operate and maintain coffee equipment. • Maintain hygiene and food safety standards. • Manage inventory and stock control. • Handle cash, billing, and POS procedures.
What you’ll bring
• Minimum SSCE/WAEC or equivalent. • 5-8 years experience as barista or similar. • Knowledge of espresso preparation and coffee equipment. • Basic numeracy and POS skills. • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
