About the role
Support coordination and facilitation of TaRL activities including teacher capacity building and community engagement. Build government capacity to ensure effective TaRL classes and improved learning outcomes.
What you’ll do
• Strengthen teacher and mentor capacity for improved instructional quality. • Leverage data for continuous program improvement and accountability. • Contribute to innovation and learning to strengthen TaRL programming. • Foster community ownership and support for foundational learning. • Ensure effective coordination and responsive implementation at the LGA level.
What you’ll bring
• HND/Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field. • 2-4 years experience in field-based education or community programs. • Strong project management and multitasking skills. • Experience in teacher training or mentoring preferred. • Excellent communication and community engagement skills.
