About the role
Support the Hospitality Operations Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain daily operational standards. Coordinate event preparations, supervise staff, and ensure smooth event execution.
What you’ll do
• Carry out daily opening, readiness and closing checks. • Inspect cleanliness, furniture, supplies and equipment. • Coordinate housekeeping, event staff and vendors. • Welcome guests and resolve routine requests. • Track inventory and complete post-event inspections.
What you’ll bring
• At least 1 year experience in hospitality or event coordination. • Experience supervising staff and coordinating vendors. • Strong organisation and attention to detail. • Professional communication and sound judgement. • Availability for on-site, weekend and evening duties.
