About the role
The Assistant IR/HR Manager leads and supports HR policy implementation and people-based activities at the site. The role involves operational and strategic HR functions including employee relations and HR system improvements.
What you’ll do
• Support annual HR plan implementation. • Recruit non-cadre staff with Plant HRBP. • Maintain personnel records and legal compliance. • Assist employee and industrial relations management. • Support HR data reporting and analysis.
What you’ll bring
• 5 years HR BP or generalist experience. • Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences. • CIPM, SHRM or other HR certification. • Excellent influencing and coaching skills. • Project management skills.
