About the role
Manage and support IT infrastructure, business applications, and IT service delivery. Oversee IT operations and projects to ensure security and efficiency.
What you’ll do
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security guidelines. • Maintain and support IT infrastructure and equipment. • Manage IT service platform and support team. • Coordinate IT projects and user acceptance testing. • Manage IT vendors, assets, and budgets.
What you’ll bring
• HND or Bachelor's in IT or related field. • 5-8 years IT experience with supervisory role. • Professional IT certifications preferred. • Proficient in VLAN, IP routing, firewalls, Active Directory. • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
