About the role
Support and build work split role to resolve customer issues and automate processes. Grow technical skills and transition to Product Engineer role.
What you’ll do
• Support Customer Support, Operations and Growth teams within SLAs. • Review and improve production support process. • Automate Business-As-Usual tasks to focus on high-value problems. • Identify performance issues and collaborate with Platform Engineer. • Provide training and create technical documentation.
What you’ll bring
• Knowledge of Javascript/Typescript. • Knowledge of SQL databases, PostgreSQL a plus. • Good communication skills. • Data-driven mindset to analyze metrics. • Motivated to grow technical skillset early in career.
