About the role
Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of digital banking core with zero downtime. Lead incident response and collaborate with Finacle Core team to resolve integration issues.
What you’ll do
• Lead rapid incident response and root cause analysis. • Serve as technical escalation for Finacle integration issues. • Ensure blameless problem management to prevent outages. • Monitor production microservices with automated alerts. • Oversee patch and release deployment with rollback plans.
What you’ll bring
• BSc in IT, Computer Science or related field. • 3-4 years experience with Finacle Core Banking support. • Expert in Java debugging and OpenShift container support. • Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Kafka, RabbitMQ. • Relevant certifications like ITIL, SCJP, OCA, MCP are a plus.
