About the role
Assist in maintaining quality standards by evaluating and reporting process flows to identify improvements. Monitor compliance and performance to ensure quality delivery in Enterprise Business division.
What you’ll do
• Ensure process re-engineering and implement improvements. • Conduct quality-gap analyses and track actions to closure. • Monitor transactions for non-compliance and report breaches. • Prepare quality documentation and analyse performance data. • Validate SLA breaches and process credit notes.
What you’ll bring
• First degree in relevant discipline. • ISO 9001/2015, ITIL v4, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications. • 3-7 years experience including supervisory roles. • Experience in medium or large organizations. • Fluent in English.
