About the role
Manage day-to-day accounting for an apparel business including payments and production costs. Report directly to the founder in this hands-on role.
What you’ll do
• Record sales, purchases, receipts and expenses in Zoho Books. • Issue invoices and follow up on overdue payments. • Check supplier invoices and prepare payments. • Reconcile accounts and manage petty cash. • Administer payroll and complete tax filings.
What you’ll bring
• 0-2 years accounting experience. • Bookkeeping and month-end close. • Account reconciliations. • Customer invoicing and collections. • Payroll administration and tax filings.
