Account Receivable Officer

About the role
Manage and streamline billing, collection, and revenue tracking processes. Ensure healthy cash flow and maintain strong client relationships through credit management.
What you’ll do
• Generate and issue accurate invoices and credit notes. • Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on payments. • Perform daily bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. • Conduct credit checks and establish credit limits. • Prepare aging reports and cash flow forecasts.
What you’ll bring
• 2 to 5 years experience in account receivables or finance. • Resident in Anambra State or willing to relocate. • Understanding of accounts receivable and credit management. • Bachelor's degree or HND in Accounting or Finance. • Experience with QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, and Excel.
